We ask you for an offer of electrical supplies for the daily needs of the towns of Hamina and Kotka, their companies and companies, and the Ekami Educational Association of Kotka-Hamina Region. Electrical supplies included in larger individual work packages are not covered by this contract and will be tendered separately for each contract. The lower limit for individually competing supplies of electrical equipment is EUR 5,000 and is based on the share of supplies in the contract, not the total cost of the contract. The procurement procedure will establish a framework agreement that will select no more than three (3) suppliers who are qualified and eligible for a tender. Contract Order:

The order of procurement during the contract period shall be the same as that resulting from the award criteria of this invitation to tender. Primarily, the purchase / order is made from the number one supplier. If it does not have the product to supply with the order, then the procurement will be made from the next ranked supplier.
