City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later Rakennuttaja) is asking for tenders for the renovation of Espoonlahti Health Centre.

Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Sotekiinteistöt is a real estate company owned by the City of Espoo.

Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Sotekiinteistöt acts as the client in the project and the City of Espoo's Tilapalvelut-Liikelaitos acts as a construction consultant.

The health centre will be renovated in its entirety. The existing facades are cleaned and serviced, the windows are renewed.

The ventilation unit room on the 3rd floor level will be expanded to meet the requirements of modern ventilation. The existing and new facades of the ventilation unit room are plated with the same façade paneling to create a uniform look.

The building technology of the building will be completely renewed. The premises will be divided into new fire compartments. In connection with the renovation, a geothermal heating system will be added to the building. Solar panels are added to the roof. The old drains will be partially renewed and new drainage and technical joints will be added.

The yard area is being renovated according to the yard plan. Outdoor canopies will be added at the entrances to the ambulance, imaging and sampling. A terrace area will be added in front of the cafeteria-restaurant.

According to the spatial programme, the project's warm floor area is 4801 kem² and the total cold floor area is 162 m². The total area of the project is 4963 m2. Of these, 119 kem² are warm extensions and 70 m² are cold extensions.

The construction takes into account site-time arrangements with the daycare centre, nursing home and parking garage located on the same plot.

The design and implementation of moisture control at the site follows the Dry Chain10 procedure. Comprehensive weather protection prevents the development of structures and moisture-sensitive

wetting of materials.

VISIT:

The Subscriber requires the Provider to participate in a mandatory visit arranged by the Subscriber prior to the offering. The Client rejects the offer if the Provider has not visited the object during a visit arranged by the Client.

The customer does not commit to the stated purchase amounts.

The tender must correspond to the request for tender and its annexes and the requirements specified in them, including any suitability requirements. In content, an unanswered offer is rejected. The late bid will not be taken into account in the tender process. The subscriber may also, for other reasoned reason, not accept the offer or fail to complete the acquisition.

The tenderer must carefully read Appendix No. 3 of the commercial documents Renovation of Espoonlahti Health Centre, project number PRH8379 Contract programme 4.4.2023,

which it accepts with its offer.
