The city of Nordhausen is planning to build a new fire service center for the joint use of professional, volunteer and youth fire brigades. The total size of the property is approx. 11 250 m 2 . The new building is divided into a main hall with 16 parking spaces, an adjoining hall with 6 parking spaces and an administrative clasp. Workshops and a hose and exercise tower serve both the Nordhausen fire department itself and the surrounding fire departments.

The new building has a U-shaped area of approx. 2,750 m 2nd with an extent of approx. 90 m in the north and approx. 32 m in the south as well as a width of approx. 34 m in the east and 72 m in the west. The gross floor area is approximately 5,000 m 2nd , the BRI is approx. 25,000 m³.

The service advertised here includes the ventilation and cooling systems.

A subdivision of this service into further lots is not planned (see point II.1.6.).

- Weatherproof ventilation unit with 3 850 m 3 /H;

- Weatherproof ventilation unit with 16 800 m 3 /H;

- Weatherproof ventilation unit with 4,000 m 3 /H;

- approx. 1,800 m 2 Ventilation ducts and fittings;

- approx. 50 fire dampers;

- 2 roof fans for polluted exhaust air;

- 13 split air conditioning systems, each with a cooling capacity of 3.5-5.0 kW;

- 1 multi-split system with 10.0 kW cooling capacity;

- 1 cold generation with direct evaporator for ventilation system with 75 kW cooling capacity;

- 2 cooling systems with direct evaporator for the ventilation system, each 20 kW cooling capacity and maintenance.

The maintenance work is ordered separately after completion of the construction work.
