Tønsberg Renseanlegg (Tønsberg Treatment Plant) will sign a contract for management of sludge from the treatment plant at Vallø in Tønsberg kommune (Tønsberg Municipality). 17 000 — 20 000 tonne of dewatered/lime-treated sludge is produced per year.

The delivery concerns filling of finished lime-treated sludge from silo to large-sack and transport of this directly to users.

The supplier must also acquire recipients/users of the sludge. The sludge should preferably be used in agriculture.

The supplier must ensure the necessary permits are obtained from the health authority and agricultural authority.

The supplier will be responsible for spreading sludge in agriculture in cooperation with the users.

The contract duration is two years with the opportunity to extend.
