The complete renovation of the buildings of the büscherhof community primary school and the associated gymnasium as well as the two-storey extension for a canteen with functional rooms and rooms for the open full day is the subject of the measure.

The existing buildings date back to the 1960s. The existing buildings have a GFA of approx. 3,000 sqm, the extension building in conventional masonry construction with reinforced concrete ceilings a GFA of approx. 1,700 sqm and the gymnasium a GFA of approx. 670 sqm.

The energetic renovation of the building envelope of all existing buildings, the implementation of the requirements of structural fire protection as well as the new installation of the entire building technology are part of the measure.

In the existing building parts and in the new building as well as the gymnasium, the cladding of all façade surfaces with plaster and clinker surface surfaces on the basis of mineral insulation is required. The subsoil in the existing building consists of concrete and clinker surfaces. In the area of new construction around concrete and masonry surfaces.
