This contract shall comprise all the works, supplies and services necessary to provide and operate an autonomous passenger transport system.

This is a transport system with autonomous vehicles operating in limited interaction with other road users on private domain (not public roads).

Supporting non-vehicle-bound parts of this transport system shall also be part of this task, such as, but not limited to: a traffic centre, supporting infrastructure (concept and/or development) and maintenance facilities for the transport system.

LRM wishes to operate this transport system in addition to its other transport systems and mobility solutions at Terhills.

This contract is a framework agreement with a duration to be determined.

LRM reserves the possibility to implement through this assignment other than those mentioned in this document during the term of the framework agreement.

This contract does not include lots.
