- the development and operation of a fully-fledged cloud-based business intelligence platform.

- the subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the development and operation of a business intelligence platform (BI platform) managed entirely in the cloud;

- mainly in a Microsoft Software As A Service (SAAS) technology stack. The emphasis is on developing applications in Microsoft's Azure Cloud environment using an agile first approach and according to a DataOps philosophy.

The following elements are part of the scope of the framework agreement:

- the development of a BI platform in a cloud environment, from the initial requirements to full implementation in an Azure cloud environment, in accordance with Atrias cloud management and directives;

- requirements analysis, technical analysis, implementation, factory testing, deployment and maintenance of a BI platform in time & material or according to a fixed price convention (will be defined specifically in the resulting contract);

- management, operational monitoring and operation of the platform according to an OLA / SLA to be specified;

- accompaniment and support of the contracting authority in the definition and implementation of a transformation program aimed at incremental development and a DataOps methodology;

- accompaniment and support of the contracting authority in the definition of BI governance, E2E methodology and quality control;

- management from a human resources point of view of the BI team;

- the definition and implementation of a BI service.
