The purpose of this contract is the execution of the following provision: technical assistance service to the project management of the expansion work of the Sada wastewater treatment plant. Sada (A Coruña) - work with file reference AUG-2023-0005 and key of technical document OH.315.1189

In view of the content of the object of the provision, the service contract is complementary to the main contract of the work referred to in its title, in accordance with the provisions of article 29.7 of the LCSP. The service includes the works defined in the technical specifications, including those necessary related to the liquidation of the main contract in the terms expressed in said technical specifications.

For the fulfillment of the objectives intended with the works and activities included in the provision object of this contract, the tasks will be carried out, among others, of quantitative control (measurements, detailed topography) and qualitative (verification and verification of equipment for approval by the project management, continuous monitoring of execution on site), as well as technical support, where appropriate, in the process of preparing technical supporting documents that are necessary within the regulatory framework (modified projects, technical documents at "as built" level).
