The subject of the order is a comprehensive mechanical cleaning of the roadway of the streets of Warsaw in the winter and summer season in the years 2022-2026 — District IV on the territory of the districts: Rembertów, Wawer, Wesoła.
Depending on the season and weather conditions, the contract includes the following works:
1) As part of winter maintenance:
- prevention and elimination of winter slipperiness by sprinkling and flushing the roadway of the streets
of the category of national, provincial, county and municipal road followed by public bus transport,
- cleaning of the roadway of streets of the category of national, provincial and county road, in the event of weather conditions allowing this type of work to be carried out and the standard required,
- cleaning the winter maintenance routes after the end of the winter season, within the dates indicated by the Contracting Authority,
2) As part of the summer cleansing:
- cleaning the roadway of streets of the national, provincial and district road category,
- washing the roadway of streets with the category of national, provincial and county road.
For the implementation of work consisting in clearing the road road, i.e. cleaning and washing, the Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to hire employees based on the employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended).
Detailed conditions related to the employment of employees on the basis of an employment contract are set out in Annex 12 to the model contract.
Detailed conditions for the implementation of the work and quality standards shall be defined by Annexes No 1, 2 to the model contract.
The list of streets covered by the works and the course of routes specifies:
1) in the case of winter maintenance - Annex No 4, 5, 6 to the model contract,
2) in the case of summer cleansing - Annex No 7 to the contract model.
Unit prices are set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ.
The scope of work shall be determined by the cost estimate annex 1/IV to the SWZ.
The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
