Delivering, implementing and implementing an exclusively Dutch-language integrated management system (ERP) for accounting, rental administration, facility management, patrimony inventory, document and file management.

Providentia wishes to use an integrated ERP management system, which is characterized by user-friendliness, which allows the internal processes to be mapped and digitized, allows clear reporting and also allows interfaces with tenants, place describers, internal facility employees, external subcontractors.

Providentia is currently working with different software packages in the various teams (Rental, HR, accounting, interfaces of suppliers). The purpose of this assignment is to be able to use an integrated management system (ERP) in which the number of different software packages is limited.

Planned term: 48 months fixed + 3 times consecutively 1 year tacitly renewable provided no notice is given (see conditions in particular specifications).
