UCPH offers a framework agreement consisting of 5 categories of sub-agreements concerning craft services in connection with daily operational and ongoing maintenance tasks, as well as minor restoration or conversion tasks. These tasks include masonry, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical installation work in 5 sub-areas. The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable an agreement on craft services to be concluded quickly. The purpose is also to create long-term collaborations in order to gain a great understanding among the tenderers about the special conditions that apply at UCPH.
