1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the State Administration Units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ, which is a separate file with the Excel PPE List.

3. The supply of electricity will be carried out on the basis of separate sales contracts concluded with the Contractor for each of the State Administration Units.

4. This order does not cover distribution services which should be provided under separate distribution service agreements concluded between the individual Units and the Distribution Systems Operator (DSO).

5. The contracting authority may annul the contract award procedure if the funds which the contracting authority intended to spend to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it.
