The SAP version currently used by the UKHO (ECC6) will be out of support in 2025. To make the transition off the current system quicker and smoother, the UKHO has identified a number of activities which need to be completed over the next few years before transition to a new ERP can begin.

We are looking for suppliers to work with UKHO on the removing custom code, improving the system performance and making business driven changes as part of our SAP Roadmap programme.

The suppliers will work alongside existing in-house SAP development team in two ways:

We are looking to make a significant transformation in a relatively short timeframe (3 years) and we have limited in-house resources; we are therefore looking for support to deliver discrete packages of work to increase our velocity.

We’re looking to use SAP standard functionality with future developments and remove as much custom code as possible over the next 3 years.
