The subject of the order is the creation and implementation of an all-day and childcare offer based on the pedagogical concept of the open all-day school Am Hagen in Ahrensburg. The primary school Am Hagen is to be run as an open all-day school from the school year 2021/2022. We are looking for a sponsor to run the open all-day school.

The services of the carrier are:

- Full day care from 11.45 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. (as required);

- Early and late care from 6.45am to 7.45am and 4.15pm to 5pm;

- continuous holiday care / holiday care (with 3-week closing time);

- Offer lunch;

- Implementation of the pedagogical concept, among other things supervised activities (e.g. homework supervision etc.), courses and AG offers, integration of teaching and supervision offers, cooperation with the teachers (especially handover);

- The school and the other sponsor cooperate in the acquisition of course providers. The other sponsor concludes cooperation contracts with the selected course providers and monitors their service;

- Cooperation with youth welfare and urban school social work;

- Conclusion of childcare contracts with the parents on the basis of this service description and the cooperation agreement and collection of the parents' contributions, taking into account the conditions for discounts, as specified by the city;

- Apply for and allocate state funds.

It is an order for special and social services according to § 130 GWB and §§ 64-66 VgV.
