Management of the "Majadahonda" care centre for people with intellectual disabilities, made up of a residence, day centre and occupational, training, opportunities and labour insertion centre (COFOIL). The centre is located at Avenida de Guadarrama, 44, in Majadahonda (Madrid), and is owned by the Community of Madrid.

The integrated center "Majadahonda" will provide, through this contract, specialized care to 76 adults with intellectual disabilities in the following resources:

• 28 residential care places with day care for people with intellectual disabilities in the process of premature aging

• 12 places in day centres for people with severely affected intellectual disabilities

• 36 places for care in occupational centres, training, opportunities and job placement, with the following breakdown: 34 places for intensive day care and 2 places for support and job monitoring.
