The measure for a new 2-3.BA replacement building with building sections F1 and G is located in the southeastern area of the property of the Friedrich-Ebert-Krankenhaus (FEK) in Neumünster. Access to the construction site is via the Sachsenring road.

The outdoor facilities can be reached via 3 access roads.

The construction site is partly located within existing buildings. The inner courtyard between building part G and the old building can only be loaded by crane.

Part G of the building will be a completely new building on an existing open space and connected via F1.

The work to be carried out is divided into several lots:

- Lot 1: general services;

- lot 2: outside area house G;

- Lot 3: courtyard;

- Lot 4: trenchless installation SW;

- Lot 5: final sidewalk crossing.

- 549 m underground pipe up to DN 150;

- 230 m pressure pipeline up to DN OD 75;

- 2 pumping stations;

- 116 m angle support wall height up to 2.30 m;

- 842 m 2nd Pavement;

- Establish 22 m of pipe through pipe jacking;

- 1,824 m 2nd Green areas.
