The market is a service market within the meaning of paragraph 1 er of III of article 1 of the public procurement code. This consultation concerns the operation of a sorting center for recyclable household waste from selective collections in extension of sorting instructions in Charleville-Mézières. This contract is not allotted within the meaning of public order. A single market will be awarded to a single operator or to a group of operators, in accordance with the public procurement code.
