Aarhus Municipality, Children and Young People, (Client) wishes to acquire a new tool for workforce planning at the Client's day and leisure facilities as a significant contribution to the continued digitization and streamlining of tasks in Children and Young People. The solution offered shall include the Client's day and leisure services, where there is currently no single, effective solution to support the workflows surrounding planning and administration of employees' working hours. A new digital planning solution will help ensure as many resources as possible and known adults around the children. Greater flexibility and transparency in planning as well as an opportunity to divide working hours into categories and pools will support the attractive workplace and provide a framework for priorities in daily operations. At the same time, unnecessary workflows are to be streamlined and minimized through, among other things, automatic calculation of work-related allowances, reuse of data from existing data sources and the greatest possible access for employees to make their own registrations. The solution is also expected to support the Contracting Entity's central (joint agreement concluded between the National Association of Local Authorities (KL) and the central professional organisations in the field (BUPL, FOA)) and local (joint agreement concluded between the local trade union organisation and the Contracting Entity) Working Time Agreements. The contract is offered for a period of up to 8 years from the signing of the contract. Please refer to Appendix 2 - Requirements specification for a detailed description of the Ordering Entity's requirements. The Ordering Entity enters into a Contract with one supplier for the delivery of the Solution. The Contract shall be concluded on the basis of the draft Contract attached to the tender documents. The final Contract will be adjusted in accordance with the winning bid.
