The procurement of occupational psychological tests aims to give the Swedish Pensions Agency the opportunity to carry out occupational psychological tests primarily in connection with recruitment and selection, and possibly in connection with group development, potential assessment of candidates or assessment of capacity for leadership ("assessment"), as well as to call off consultancy support for, for example, selection in connection with recruitment, second opinion/in-depth assessment, training initiatives (e.g. user training) or to support The Swedish Pensions Agency in internal work processes where the tenderer's services are used.
The main elements of the procurement are as follows:

The tenderer must be able to provide the following types of occupational psychological tests:
a.Personlighetstest
b.Begåvningstest
c.Screeningstest
d.Option on any other tests provided by the tenderer
Four-year framework agreement.
