The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works within the meaning of the Act, consisting in the design and construction (construction) of renewable energy sources for the residents of the Rudnik Commune in the formula "design and build" as part of the corrective action in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic - REACT-EU. Action 14.3. Renewable energy sources – REACT-EU – competition. The scope of works/works includes, among others, design works and construction works including: execution:

• photovoltaic installations* (regarding Zad.1)

• installation of solar collectors* (regarding Zad.2),

• heat pumps for the needs of cwu *(regarding zad.3)

in residential buildings in the municipality of Rudnik based on the prepared Functional and Utility Program constituting an integral part of the SWZ,

The subject of the contract for part 1 is: "Construction of photovoltaic installations in the amount of 305 pcs".

The scope includes, among others, the following works:

1) design of photovoltaic installations, including field vision,

2) installation of photovoltaic sets on buildings of individual users (households),

3) commissioning of photovoltaic installations,

4) training of users in the use of installed equipment, operating instructions and warranty conditions,

5) execution of the necessary dismantling and reconstruction works related to the passage through the building partitions,

6) performing the necessary tests, acceptances and commissioning,

7) preparation of a complete application for notification to the DSO and filing a notification in accordance with the requirements of the DSO.

i.e. functional and utility program (abbreviated pfu).

Other requirements are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract for part 2 is: "Construction of solar installations in the amount of 166 pcs".

The scope includes, inter alia, the following works:

1) designing solar installations, including field vision,

2) installation of solar sets on buildings of individual users (households)

3) Commissioning of solar installations

4) training of users in the use of installed equipment, operating instructions and warranty conditions,

5) execution of the necessary dismantling and reconstruction works related to the passage through the building partitions,

6) performing the necessary tests, acceptances and commissioning,

The subject of the contract for part 3 is "Construction of heat pumps for DHW in the amount of 103 pcs.

1) design of heat pumps including field vision,

2) installation of heat pump sets on the buildings of individual household users)

3) commissioning of heat pumps

4) training of users in the use of installed equipment, operating instructions and warranty conditions,

5) execution of the necessary dismantling and reconstruction works related to the passage through the building partitions,

6) performing the necessary tests, acceptances and commissioning,
