Germany is taking part in Expo 2025 in Osaka with its own pavilion. The service to be provided includes the technical and organizational preparation, implementation and handling of the German Pavilion, taking into account national (DE, JPN), local (JPN / Osaka / Kansai) and EU legal regulations, in particular procurement and tax law as well as those for EXPO 2025 General and Special Regulations to be issued by the organizer.

As part of the implementation order, if specified, EU-wide award notices and tenders as well as national tenders, evaluations, placing orders and concluding contracts are to be carried out on behalf of the client. The technical and organizational services include press and protocol work, financial accounting including tax law issues, personnel management for operating the pavilion as well as legal support before, during and after the expo, permanent structural, conceptual and creative support as well as the Monitoring of the ARGE German Pavilion (usually creative agency, architecture office, construction company).

The total project costs will amount to approx. EUR 56 million.
