The offering relates to photo material, understood as cameras and accessories. The tender is carried out as a joint tender procedure between the Ministry of Defense's Material and Purchasing Authority (FMI) and the National Police, which both use photo material for different types of documentation in the daily operations. The winner is awarded 2 framework agreements, one with FMI as contracting authority and one with the National Police as contracting authority. The framework agreements are almost identical in terms of content, with few exceptions, the differences are stated in item. II.2.4).
The framework agreement contains semi-professional and professional cameras, lenses and study equipment. Furthermore, the framework agreement contains a service relating to the cleaning of camera housings, lenses and camcorders and a short turnaround (24 hours) on diagnosis of filed equipment for repair / rejection with the possibility of loaning equipment during repair. It is a requirement that parts of the material can be used together with the Norwegian Armed Forces and the National Police's existing photo material. Further information can be found in the requirement specification, Appendix A. The users who use this type of photo material have high knowledge and experience with photography. The two framework agreements differ from each other in the following areas:

- Pt. 5) Booking procedure and delivery terms;
- Pt. 6.1) Invoicing.
