Women's academy

Subject of the measure “Women's Academy” in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB II i. V. m § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 No. 1, 3 and 5 SGB III is the combination of elements for

- Introduction to the training and labor market as well as identification, reduction or removal of placement barriers,

- Placement in employment subject to compulsory insurance,

- Stabilizing employment.

The target group are women with or without children and with or without a migration background who want to return to work after a family phase. As a rule, the women have already completed vocational training or a degree (possibly not recognized in Germany) or have several years of employment / professional experience that is subject to social insurance contributions.

The participants must have at least B1 language skills, preferably B2. Childcare must be ensured before being assigned to the measure.

The objectives of the measure are:

- a resource-oriented profiling,

- Consolidation of previous knowledge / determination of specific competencies and resources,

- checking, determining and strengthening motivation,

- Transfer of knowledge relevant to the job and the labor market,

- support in finding jobs,

- strengthening self-confidence,

- Assessment and increase of the chances of integration,

- Placement in an employment subject to social insurance,

- Assistance in returning to work.

The allocation period for a participant is 4 months.

The measure is carried out part-time in the morning. The weekly hours are generally 20 hours. Of these 20 hours, the participant has to take part in face-to-face lessons with the contractor on at least 4 days a week, and can spend one day a week in the home office.

A total of 54 participant admissions must be reserved for the measure.

The confluence takes place in the first 9 months of the measure with 6 participants each.

Start of measure: 01.06.2021

End of measure: May 31, 2022

The end of the allocation corridor is 02/28/2022.

A number of 11 integrations into an employment subject to compulsory insurance is specified. This corresponds to an integration rate of 20%.
