1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services related to the management of sports and recreational property
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the management of sports and recreational properties in Nowa Ruda at ul.:
1) Kłodzka No. 16, which includes: indoor swimming pool, connector, sports halls, sports fields, skate park, parking lots, outdoor gym, stands and land plots geodetically marked: Obr. 8, AM 3, No. 2/9 and 2/26, 2/23 with a total area of 7.2280 ha.
2) Sports No. 1, which includes: cloakroom and sports building, stands, outbuilding - garage, four outbuildings - ticket offices, sanitary building - toilet, sports field, training pitch and land plot geodetically marked: Obr. 3, AM 18 No. 259 with a total area : 1.8065 ha.
3) Aleksander Fredro No. 41 – "municipal outdoor swimming pool" which includes: sanitary and cloakroom building with a catering and social part with internal installations, RGnn main switchboard and Rknn boiler room switchboard; swimming pool with a jump, recreational pool with two water slides and two water attractions, paddling pool for children with a slide and a fountain, entrance paddling pools, technical chamber with water treatment installation, beach volleyball courts – pcs.2, children's playground, grass and exotic wood beaches, pedestrian and driving routes, parking lots, a back building with an economic and storage function (container building made of sheet metal, ground floor)
4) Aleksander Fredro No. 45 – "tennis courts", which include: land properties with a total area of 0.3785 ha., two tennis courts with dimensions of 23.77x10.97 m each with equipment (posts and nets 2kpl.), two benches with a roof with a length of 4 m and a height of 2.20 m, two trash cans, a net separating the pitches with a mesh of 50x50 mm, String of pavement made of concrete, gray cubes.
The buildings are located on the part of the plot marked geodetically: Obr. 3, AM 18 No. 261,
5) the area of the Wojska Polskiego housing estate - "traffic town", on a plot geodetically marked: Obr. 7, AM 16, No. 1/180 with an area of : 1.8153 ha
6) Szybowa – "Climbing wall",
