GreenSquare Group Ltd is seeking a service provider for their communal grounds maintenance services in the Oxfordshire region. GreenSquare has approx. 150 sites that require grounds maintenance services between April and October and ad-hoc services (as instructed by the Client) between November and March. The role of the service provider will be to ensure that the maintenance schedule is adhered to within the programmed visits as per the specification. There will also be a requirement to cover emergency call out services in the event of flooding and/or fallen tree clearance.
GreenSquare Group Ltd is Registered Provider of Social Housing serving approximately 12 000 properties. The required communal grounds maintenance services are to include, but not limited to:
— grass cutting,
— shrubbery and herbaceous boarder maintenance,
— maintenance of hedges,
— tree maintenance,
— maintenance of ditches and drainage channels,
— hard surface operations,
— litter collection,
— use of pesticides,
— bulk rubbish removal,
— emergency out of hours for services such as flooding, fallen tree clearance etc.
