The object of the procurement is the procurement of co-operation coaching for the needs of the L-responsibility areas of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The target of the procurement is the procurement of co-operation coaching for the needs of the L areas of responsibility of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has recognised that there is room for development in terms of cooperation that drives procurement forward. One factor can be influenced by coaching the entire team implementing the procurement (client, designer, construction consultant/supervisor, contractor, resource subcontractors).

Collaboration is an essential part of successful work in both organizations and teams. Well-functioning cooperation creates a strong foundation for efficient work, improves productivity and strengthens the working atmosphere. However, developing and strengthening cooperation often requires certain skills and an understanding of how individuals and groups can best work together.

A maximum of eight (8) suppliers will be selected as service providers.
