Elements of specialist FM services for certain sites, for example terminal cleaning
Contract management (for example, the provision of a Helpdesk service, management of direct IPS subcontractors, input into IPS’s asset management system, provision of a CAFM system, contract management, project management, health and safety, back office support and overheads, etc.).
The full scope of FM services must be managed by the appointed FM contractor on behalf of the IPS.’
