The subject of the contract is the Demolition and Utilization of the Roadside Infrastructure Location of the National Toll Collection System (hereinafter referred to as IP KSPO). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract along with the terms and conditions of service provision is specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Appendix I to the Terms of Reference, including the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix 1 to the PPU.

2.1 The subject of the contract is the Demolition and Disposal of the Infrastructure Location

National Toll Collection System (hereinafter referred to as the National Toll Collection System), including:

2.1.1 as part of the basic contract, the performance by the Contractor within the time limits and

on the terms set out in the Contract for works aimed at the liquidation of the IP Location

KSPO or IP Location Elements of KSPO to the extent indicated in § 2 section 1 of the PPU.

2.1.2 Within the right of option, the Contractor's exercise within the time limits and on the terms and conditions

specified in the Contract works and activities to the extent indicated in § 2 section 2 of the PPU,

the Contracting Authority is entitled, but not obliged, to exercise the right to

option in whole or in part, and the Contracting Authority's exercise of the option right in respect of

part or non-use of it does not entitle the Contractor at all,
