The Education Alliance have awarded a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises. The framework will cover projects including, but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the PCR 2015 Open Procedure. The framework agreement has been established for 3 years from 12 April 2020, with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. This framework agreement was advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies, including Charities in the UK.
