The subject of the contract is successive collection (including transport) and management of waste generated in the installation of the municipal sewage treatment plant located in Cieszyn at ul. Motokrosowa 27 - code 19 08 05 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge) should be recovered

- with codes 19 08 01 (screenings) and 19 08 02 (content of sand traps) should be subjected to recovery, if possible, and in the absence of this possibility disposal. Development should be understood as activities such as recovery or disposal, including preparation prior to recovery (e.g. waste hygienization code 19 08 05 if necessary) or disposal - properly applied to individual types of waste.

Waste transport, specified in detail in point 3, will be transported from the Sewage Treatment Plant in Cieszyn located in Cieszyn at ul. Motokrosowa 27 vehicles equipped with GPS devices.

The task includes waste:

a) stabilized municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 in an indicative amount of up to 26 tons per day (on working days) - that is about 520 tons of sewage sludge per month;

b) screenings code 19 08 01 in an approximate quantity of up to 1.5 tonnes of screenings per week - this is about 6 tonnes of screenings per month;

c) content of sandboxes with code 19 08 02 in an approximate quantity of up to 7 tons per month.

The above quantities are approximate - mainly for the purposes of these proceedings - on the basis of the quantities registered by the Employer in previous years. The actual values may slightly differ from the above and will result from the current needs of the Employer - subject to factors independent of the Employer, which may affect the amount of waste collected by the Employer.
