2) Diesel oil ON code CN 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11, (summer, transitional and winter) — 3850 m3 (3.850.000 liters).

3) Propan-butane gas LPG code CN 2711 12, 2711 13, 2711 19 00 (summer and winter mix) — 325,000 liters.

Petrol unleaded Pb95 CN code 2710 12 45 — 1.150 m3 (1.150.000 liters), fuel must meet the standard PN-EN 228+A 1:2017-06 and the requirements included in the current delivery date Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels, deliveries implemented from Monday to Friday excluding non-working days from 7.00 to 19.00 after placing an order containing the quantity information, not later than within 24h, or within a longer period agreed upon during the order. Prices from the day of delivery apply unless the delivery is completed within the required time limit then prices apply from the date of order.

Minimum delivery quantity — 5,000 liters

Diesel oil ON CN code 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11, (summer, transitional and winter) — 3.850 m3 (3.850.000 liters), fuel must meet the standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017-06 /Ap 2:2018-09 and the requirements included in the current delivery day Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for fuel in liquid. The Ordering Party requires that only products with CN code 2710 19 43 are delivered between 1 December and 28 February. Deliveries made from Monday to Friday excluding non-working days from 7.00 to 19.00 after placing an order containing quantity information, not later than within 24h, or within the time agreed during the order. Prices from the day of delivery apply unless the delivery is completed within the required time limit, then the prices from the date of order apply.

Propan-butane gas LPG code CN 2711 12, 2711 13, 2711 19 00 (summer and winter mix) — 325 000 liters, gas must meet the standard PN-EN 589+A 1:2012 and the requirements contained in the current delivery date Regulation of the Minister of Energy on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG), delivery implemented as appropriate (Monday to Friday excluding the statutory days of work), on the basis of the indications of the Contractor's telemetry equipment or reservoir states administered by the Ordering Party (Monday to Friday to 10.00), Price changes must be administered by Contractor several days in advance.

Delivery at 30% tank filling at the latest.
