The temporary hiring of external staff for the National Ombudsman will go through the so-called Hiring Desk. The Hiring Desk is set up as a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as DAS). To be eligible for hiring assignments from the National Ombudsman, the parties must register once at www.inhuurdesknationaleombudsman.nl. Registration can take place for 1 or more of the following segments:
- Board | Management
- Communication | Public Relations
- Facility
- Financial
- General Management
- HR | HR
- ICT | Network Services
- Information Management
- Legal
- Education and training
- Policy | Advice | Consultancy
- Procurement
- Project Management
- Risk Management
- Trainee | Internship
- Government: General
Suppliers can request authorization for the segments in which they are interested. For more information about the Hiring Desk and admission thereto, see the Selection Guidelines that are enclosed in TenderNed.
The hiring of personnel who will be placed within the Dynamic purchasing system is expected to exceed the European threshold during the DAS. Both the number of temporary assignments and their nature and size are not known in advance; the need for hiring is inherently dynamic. See also the Selection Guidelines.
