The contest is intended to establish framework agreements for electronic security services in the fields of automatic access control (AAC), automatic intrusion alarm (AIA) and television surveillance (TVO). 

The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the needs of the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] and other cooperating agencies in the defence sector for the delivery, installation and maintenance of electronic security components within TV surveillance, automatic access control and automatic intrusion alarms.
