Midland Heart requires a supplier to deliver a backup service for Bulky Waste, Property Clearance, Biohazardous Waste and Pest Control, this is for any work that the Midland Hearts in house Rangers service cannot provide. The total Contract value is 225 000 GBP per annum (Inc. VAT), approximately 112 500 GBP per Lot, this level of spend is estimated based on previous spend and is not guaranteed, particularly as Midland Heart now has an in house Rangers team which carries out this service, we are procuring to have a backup service in place. The Contract Value for the initial Contract period of 4 years is 900 000 GBP, approximately 450 000 GBP per Lot. The total Contract Value for the initial Contract period of 4 years plus the potential extension of 4 years is 1 800 000 GBP, approximately 900 000 GBP per Lot. Midland Heart cannot guarantee the work volume or spend that will be issued to the successful supplier/s.

Lot 1 will cover the North area of Midland Hearts geographic scope, the areas in Lot 1 are shown in Appendix 6 of the ITT documents.
