The purpose of this consultation is the operation and maintenance of heating, domestic hot water (DHW), ventilation and air conditioning installations on the Municipality of Beaune's facilities under a PFI, P2 and P3 type contract.

This is a global performance contract awarded in open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L1111-1, L1111-4, L2124-1, L2124-2, L2171-3 and Articles R2124-1, R2124-2-1°, R2171-2 and R2171-3 of the Public Order Code.

A visit to several sites is mandatory to submit a tender in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the preamble to the rules of the consultation. Attention, the visit will take place on 3 consecutive days.
