Joint contract for the acquisition of a VOIP telephone solution for the Municipal Administration and the CPAS of Colfontaine.

The market includes:

 Project management;

 The drafting of an as-built dossier presenting a description of the proposed solution and its configuration (see below);

 All internal wiring of the complete solution (excluding network plug cabling);

 Delivery, unpacking of equipment on site;

 The configuration of the telephone system, softphones and all related elements (voice mailboxes, groups, voice menus, waiting music, gateways...);

 Delivery and placement of telephone devices including the link cable between

 The device and the dedicated network socket;

 The programming of the different functions to each user and each line;

 Testing the solution at each of the sites;

 Training of system administrators (who will take care of user training);

The contract can be tacitly renewed 4 times at the level of VOIP telephony services
