Engineering services for the planning and support of renovation measures (LOS 1) at the site of the former Richelsdorfer Kupferhütte are advertised. The award is essentially for the following services:

Lot 1:

- Familiarization with the existing project and the project documents, including on-site appointments, summarizing the state of knowledge, assessing previous work with regard to the necessary optimization measures or the database (including database stocks),

- preliminary, draft and execution planning, expert advice and documentation of exploration measures including occupational safety coordination,

- Rehabilitation planning (approval planning) according to §13 BBodSchG i. V. with Appendix 3 BBodSchV,

- occupational safety coordination,

- health and safety coordinator,

- ecological construction supervision,

- Technical renovation documentation.

Structural engineering and geotechnical engineering services are being advertised in the course of planning and monitoring remedial measures (LOS 2) at the site of the former Richelsdorfer Kupferhütte. The award is essentially for the following services:

- Familiarization with the existing project and the project documents, including on-site appointments, summarizing the state of knowledge, assessing previous work with regard to the necessary optimization measures or the database (including database stocks),

- Creation of stability proofs for the non-profiled stockpile,

- Creation of stability proofs for the profiled stockpile (for intermediate construction and final construction),

- Creation of a quality assurance plan for the sealing system including recultivation,

- Creation of a structural design for the preferred variant for pile rehabilitation including securing the stockpile foot (for intermediate construction and final construction),

- Geotechnical construction supervision during the rehabilitation of the pile,

- external testing of sealing measures including recultivation,

- Preparation and participation in the awarding of geotechnical field and laboratory tests as part of the geotechnical supervision of specialist buildings.
