The subject of this tender is the conclusion of contracts for the supply of radiological contract medical practices in Baden-Württemberg with contrast media as part of the consultation hours required for the period from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2023. The contractual partner undertakes to ensure the supply of contract doctors in Baden-Württemberg with the contrast media agreed in the tendered delivery contracts ("contracts") and to grant the statutory health insurance companies a reimbursement for every medication that is the subject of the contract. In accordance with Sections 53 et seq. SGB X, reimbursement amounts are agreed with the tendered contracts for the successful recipient (s) that apply to the delivery of contrast media that are prescribed in accordance with existing or future consultation hour requirements at the expense of the client. According to the information in Section II.2. a total of 25 specialist lots (including partial lots) formed.
