The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of automatic telescopic kits together with the implementation service for use divided into three parts of the order at VLA locations Pacific Ocean, North America, Asia, A detailed description is contained in the order documents SWZ, OPZ, PPU.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of an automatic telescopic kit together with the implementation service for use at the VLA Pacific Ocean location, under which the Contractor will be obliged to perform:

1) analysis/selection/indication of the location of the AZT installation

(2) the technical design of the automatic telescopic kit;

3) completing the components of the automatic telescopic set;

(4) transport of the automatic telescopic kit to its destination;

5) installation and integration of an automatic kit;

6) commissioning and validation of an automatic telescopic set;

7) services for the implementation of an automatic telescopic kit.

Part II - Delivery and Installation of Automatic Telescopic Kits with Implementation Service at VLA North America Location

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of an automatic telescopic kit together with the implementation service at the VLA North America location, under which the Contractor will be obliged to perform:

1) technical design of automatic telescopic kit;

2) complete the components of the automatic telescopic kit;

(3) transport of the automatic telescopic kit to its destination;

(4) the installation and integration of the automatic kit;

5) commissioning and validation of an automatic telescopic set;

6) Deployment services for use of automatic telescopic kit.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of an automatic telescopic kit together with the implementation service for use at the VLA Asia location, under which the Contractor will be obliged to perform:

1) technical design of automatic telescopic kit;

2) complete the components of the automatic telescopic kit;

(3) transport of the automatic telescopic kit to its destination;

(4) the installation and integration of the automatic kit;

5) commissioning and validation of an automatic telescopic set;

6) Deployment services for use of automatic telescopic kit.
