Imatran Real Estate and Regional Service Ltd requests offers for two (2) new four-axle (tridem) trucks to meet the needs of care and maintenance services and construction services.
As a road care car, the cars are used in winter maintenance of the street network for snow plowling, anti-slipness, polantee removal and snow transport. In summer, cars are used for land transfer. The provider shall take into account these requirements for different usage needs.
The car shall include equipment meeting the absolute requirements of Annex 1 and shall be equipped with a front plough, gravel stage and lower blade. Accessories or appliances marked as options on the claim form are not mandatory requirements, but the subscriber orders them according to their needs if the winning bidder offers such equipment or equipment.
For the following devices, the price is provided as additional information (not included in the bid/benchmark price) and the subscriber takes them as equipment if necessary:
— scatter machine n.9 m
— water tank with rear flater n.12 m
The procurement procedure is an open procedure. Acquisition exceeds the EU threshold.
Offer prices are reported as net VAT free prices, which include all costs (including delivery). Cars equipped in accordance with the list of requirements attached to the tender offer will be offered as a total price.
Delivery to the subscriber must take place no later than 1 April 2022. In the event of a delay in delivery, the winning bidder will pay a contract fine of EUR 1,000 per car for every late calendar week. The subscriber does not pay upfront fees, but pays on an approved basis of delivery received.
