As a replacement for an existing municipal day care facility for children, a new 5-group facility for children aged 0-6 years is to be built on the property at Schrozberger Straße 41. In addition to the actual group rooms, bedrooms and staff rooms are planned, as well as sanitary areas with various requirements and a kitchen (warm-up kitchen) for all-day operation. For this purpose, an architectural firm is to be identified and commissioned as part of the VgV procedure.

- Building planning according to HOAI Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Scope of services for architectural services, service phases 1-9,

- Special services (e.g. working model M 1:200, room book, implementation and documentation according to NBBW, fire protection concept, property management (rectification of defects), material price escalation clauses).

Commissioning is based on project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service when the project is realised. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
