Førdefjorden Energi AS has a concession for the development and delivery of hot water from an energy centre, with the construction of the energy centre at Øyrane and the delivery of ‘District Heating’ to customers in the centre of Førde.

The energy centre will have a footprint of approx. 700 m2 and it will be located in Øyrane and the north western side of the sewage treatment facility for Førde municipality.

In addition to the energy centre there will be intake and emission pipelines from and to Førde Fjord and approx. 3 100 m of pipeline ditches from the energy centre to the central hospital with 2 district heating pipes and 2 district cooling pipes as well as service pipes to customer centres.

The procurement comprises a total of 16 contracts:

Group 1. Pipeline network Øyrane-Hafstadparken-Central hospital with the following contracts:

LN1: Pipeline network. Ground work and district cooling pipe;

LN3: Pipeline network. Assembly district heating pipe;

LN5: Pipeline network. Directional drilling river crossing (turnkey contract);

LN6: Pipeline network. Intake and emission pipelines.

Group 2. Customer installations with 1 contract:

KA1: Customer installations. Delivery and assembly.

Group 3. Energy centre Øyrane (Site, building and installations) with the following contracts:

ES1: Energy centre. Building including outside work;

ES2: Energy centre. Technical plumbing work and equipment, etc.;

ES3: Energy centre. Technical gas installations;

ES4: Energy centre. Cooling and heat pump installations;

ES5: Energy centre. Automation;

ES6: Energy centre. Electricity;

ES7: Energy centre. Ventilation;

ES8: Energy centre. Gas boiler and burners. Can be transported to ES2;

ES9: Energy centre. Heat exchangers. Can be transported to ES2;

ES10: Energy centre. Circulation pumps. Can be transported to ES2;

ES11: Energy centre. Valves. Can be transported to ES2.
