Bicycles with electrical auxilary engine, bicycle fronts with auxilary engine and auxilary engines are the main products. Spare parts and accessories are included as a supplement to the main products. In addition services are requested. The procurement shall give persons with reduced functions a differentiated bicycle selection facilitated by the NAV Aid Centres. There were 12 groups that each represented an independent competition. Suppliers could themselves choose how many groups a tender should be submitted for. Parallel framework agreements were signed with a minimum of 3, maximum 6 suppliers for each group.
