1. The subject of the contract consists of 5 parts. The contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all lots of the contract.
2. The subject of the contract is the management (submission to recovery processes R or disposal in processes D) within individual parts of the contract of municipal waste within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
3. For each lot of the contract, a different type of waste to be treated shall be specified:
- Part I of the contract covers only non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01);
- Part II of the contract covers only mixed packaging waste of metals, plastics and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 06);
- Part III of the contract covers only furniture waste and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07);
- Part IV of the contract covers only mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling of construction works (code 17 09 04)
- Part V of the order covers only waste from cemeteries (code 20 02 03)
Zoning of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01)The subject of the contract under Part I is the development (subject to recovery in R processes or disposal of D) unsegregated (mixed)
municipal waste (code 20 03 01), under the conditions specified in the SWZ, throughout the term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 12 months of 1 000 Mg.
management of packaging waste - of metals, plastics and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 06)The subject of the contract under part II is the management, i.e. recovering in the R processes mixed packaging waste - from metals, plastics
artificial and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 06), under the conditions specified in the SWZ, throughout the term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated quantity over 12 months amounting to 300 Mg.
Management of furniture waste and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07)The subject of the contract under Part III is the management, i.e. the recovery or disposal of furniture waste and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07), under the conditions specified in the SWZ, throughout the term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 12 months of 1 200 Mg.
Management of waste from construction, renovation and dismantling of buildings (code 17 09 04)The subject of the contract under part IV is the development, i.e. the recovery or disposal of mixed waste from construction sites, repairs and dismantling of buildings (code 17 09 04), under the conditions specified in the SWZ, during the entire term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 12 months of 600 Mg.
Management of waste from cemeteries (code 20 02 03)The subject of the contract under part V is the management, i.e. the recovery or disposal of waste from cemeteries (code 20 02 03)
under the conditions specified in the SWZ, during the entire term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 12 months of 200 Mg.
