The subject of the contract is the design and execution of all necessary works to launch remote control of the Dobroszyce, Twardogóra, Bukowina Sycowska and Międzybórz Sycowski stations on the railway line No. 281 and 355 from LCS Grabowno Wielkie.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of all necessary works to launch remote control of the Dobroszyce, Twardogóra, Bukowina Sycowska and Międzybórz Sycowski stations on the railway line No. 281 and 355 from NZS Grabowno Wielkie.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all the preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and to perform all activities required by law;

(3) carrying out conformity assessment of the Control-Command and Signalling Trackside structural subsystem within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem;

4) development of a pre-audit report along with the preparation of comprehensive as-built documentation (separately for each industry), including documentation from as-built geodetic inventory.

All costs related to m.in design, necessary arrangements for the performance of the subject of the contract, including costs related to the preparation of relevant documents for construction supervision and other administrative bodies required by separate regulations, the need for geodetic documentation and the execution of works and their security, will be included in the Price by the Contractor.

The order includes the design and execution of works in the following industries: rail-road crossings, cubature objects, traffic control, telecommunications, electrical power engineering.

The Contracting Authority points out that the whole object of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the SWZ, the provisions of the common law, the regulations of the contracting authority, the standards, the principles of technical knowledge and the construction art.
