The aim is to be able to confidently meet the coming changes and challenges as well as the upcoming generational change with appropriately trained and strengthened managers and to ensure an attractive, motivating cooperation for all employees. The Management Programme 2023 to 2025 is a qualification initiative with which DNB provides all managers with the tools of the trade and enables them to accept the requirements and changes of the analogue and digital world of work and to shape them actively, solution-oriented and decisively.

All managers are trained. 12 days per person are allocated. These are divided into four consecutive seminars of three days each. With around 80 people, four seminar series with four seminars each with up to 20 participants must be carried out.

The management program to be designed and implemented is to be understood as an overall measure (consisting of the conception and implementation of four seminar series, each with four consecutive seminars). By submitting an offer, the contractor undertakes to provide the entire training series in accordance with the service description and concept. On the part of the client, it is intended to have the entire measure carried out. The implementation of seminar modules three and four is subject to the proviso that the planned budget funds will actually be available. In the event of a lack or insufficient budget for seminar modules three and four, the client will coordinate further action with the contractor.
