1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the City of Łowicz, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

3. Estimates of the quantities of municipal waste provided for collection and use are indicated in the tender form, i.e. Annex 2 to SWZ.

4. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), in particular, activities related to:

a) handling vehicles used to collect municipal waste from property owners,

(b) the operation and operation of the storage and transport base,

(c) coordinating the implementation of the contract conditions concerning the performance of the contract

The SWZ describes the authorization of the Contracting Authority to control actions regarding the fulfilment of the above requirement and the types of documents that the Ordering Party may request in the framework of these activities.
