The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task covering the investment under the name "Extension / reconstruction of Pomorska Street on the section from the area of Juhasowa Street to Mileszki Street and Mileszki Street on the section from Pomorska Street to Bratkowa Street along with the construction of rainwater drainage and construction of sanitary sewage system and water supply network".

A description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

The order must be completed within:

26 months from the date of signing the contract for tasks 2 and 3;

8 months from the date of signing the contract for task 1.

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to lodge a security deposit in the amount of:

- PLN 550,000.00 (in words: five hundred and fifty thousand 00/100).

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task covering the investment under the name "Extension / reconstruction of Pomorska Street on the section from the area of Juhasowa Street to Mileszki Street and Mileszki Street on the section from Pomorska Street to Bratkowa Street along with the construction of rainwater drainage and construction of sanitary sewage system and water supply network", in accordance with the following scope:

Task 1 for which the investor is the City of Łódź – Department of Municipal Economy of the City of Łódź:

"Construction of a rain channel in Pomorska Street on the section from Pomorska 338 Street to the area of Pomorska 398 Street and in Mileszki Street on the section from Pomorska 398 Street to 25/27 Mileszki Street in Łódź with drainage" -

The task carried out as part of the Project "Drainage of the City of Łódź", co-financed by the European Union under Measure 2.1 "Adaptation to climate change along with securing and increasing resilience to natural disasters, in particular natural disasters and environmental monitoring" priority axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020: Task 1.2 – "Construction of a rain collector in Pomorska Street and Mileszki Project "Drainage of the City of Łódź".

Task 2 for which the investor is the City of Łódź – Municipal Investment Board in Łódź:

"Extension of Pomorska Street on the section from the planned access to the "Brzeziny" junction on the A1 motorway to Mileszki Street and Mileszki Street on the section of Pomorska Street to Bratkowa Street in Łódź" based on the developed project documentation, divided into 3 tasks:

Task 2.1 Extension of Pomorska Street on the section from the planned access to the "Brzeziny" junction on the A1 motorway to Mileszki Street,

Task 2.2. Reconstruction of Mileszki Street on the section from Pomorska Street to Bratkowa Street,

Task 2.3. Construction of a rain channel on the north side of Pomorska Street between Igllasta Street and Frezjowa Street along with drainage of the road lane.

Task 3 for which the investor is Łódzka Spółka Infrastrukturalna Sp. z o. o:

"Construction of sanitary sewerage in Pomorska Street and construction and reconstruction of the water supply network in Pomorska Street and Arniki Street in Łódź", divided into 5 tasks:

Task 3.1: Construction of a sanitary canal with side departures in Pomorska Street on the section from Henrykowska Street to the Pomorska 338 property,

Task 3.2: Construction of a discharge pipeline in Pomorska Street from the PS15 pumping station to the inclusion in the gravity channel in the area of Henrykowska Street,

Task 3.3: Construction of a PS-15 network sewage pumping station with data transmission on plot no. ewid. 31 precinct W-17 at Pomorska Street in Łódź,

Task 3.4: Construction of sanitary sewage system in Pomorska Street on the section from Henrykowska Street to the vicinity of Pomorska Street pos. 435 (well S71),

Task 3.5: Construction and reconstruction of the water supply in Pomorska Street on the section from pos. Pomorska 435 to pos. Pomorska 328 and the construction of a water supply in Arniki Street on the section from Pomorska Street to pos. Pomorska 340.
