The procurement will cover the need for legal assistance and lawyer assistance for rDNK. In addition Dnk eiendom AS will be able to make call-offs. The procurement will primarily be for services within the following legal areas:

- Area 1: Immaterial rights, computer law

o Intellectual property rights - streaming, copying, use of intellectual work, digitalisation

- Area 2: Economy, including

o Trade union law

o Bankruptcy law

o Tax and duties

- Area 3: Real estate, including:

o Contract law

o Real estate legal status

o Planning and building law, particularly in relation to cultural memorials

o Rent law

- Area 4: EEA law, including

o General EEA law

o Information security, data protection

o Public procurements (appeals or compensation proceedings

- Area 5: Company law and general contract law

- Area 6: Labour law

In addition to this, there can be a need for assistance within civil procedures, within all the above-mentioned areas.
