Objects and scope

The procurement relates to the purchase of external locations for daily operations in the rural environment under the LSS, the Aid and Service Act to certain disabled people (Law 1993:387). The need is calculated at about five locations but may vary over the contract period and may be both higher and lower during periods. The vendor has the right to bill for the number of places actually used to the full use, those places that, due to, for example, illness are not used, the provider may invoice 50%.
